DOAJ is a prominent directory of Open Access publication.
It is a useful starting-point for discovering, or checking upon Open Access journals.

Submit your work to the Repository, by following procedures on the website

Upon completion of submission processes:

Articles become searchable via various web-based channels, including Google Scholar
Articles are housed in the Repository, accessible to anyone (no payment required)
