Our Book A Librarian service is available on Campus or via Zoom.

Some of the support we can offer includes:

  • Library skills – how to use the catalogue, reserve a book or find a journal article
  • Accessing your student portal and Moodle
  • Accessing student email
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office assistance, including Word and Excel

  • Setting up hardware and trouble shooting issues - inc. on smartphones
  • Video conferencing software - Zoom & MS Teams

Available for free to all Melbourne Polytechnic students enrolled in vocational and higher education courses.

Studiosity allows Melbourne Polytechnic students to connect online to chat with an expert teacher or tutor or upload a written assignment for feedback within 24 hours.

Studiosity is available 24/7 via Moodle, under ‘Student Support’.
