There are lots of places to look for job advertisements. This includes:

Volunteering

Volunteering can be a great way to develop skills and have something to put on your resume and impress employers with. Below are some links to places to look for volunteering opportunities. Remember to filter for young volunteer positions (14 to 18 years)!

Employee rights

When you start working it is really important to know your rights as an employee and how to stay safe in the workplace. If you are facing issues like bullying, exploitation, unsafe workplaces, or discrimination, have a look at these links to get information and help.

If you want to talk to someone in person, you can go to the Skills and Jobs Centre which is located at Melbourne Polytechnic's Preston campus. The staff there can help you with:
