Australian Standards i2i: Getting Started

1. Open the Australian Standards i2i platform. This can be accessed through the Database A-Z list on the library website or by following this link.
2. If this is your first time using the i2i platform, click New Registration to create an account. 
3. Enter your details and choose a password. For your account to work you must use your Melbourne Polytechnic student email address and create your own password.
4. Select Melbourne Polytechnic from the drop-down menu under Company and Business Unit. Select your country of residence from the Country drop-down menu.
5. Make sure to tick the Confirm box and press Complete Registration.
6. You will then be sent a verification email*. Remember to check both your Inbox and the Junk mail folder for this email.

*This email can take some time to arrive in your inbox.

5. Follow the link in the email to activate your account.
6. You can now log in using your MP email address and the password you chose.
7. The first time you log in you'll see a guided tour option, you will also need to accept the Privacy Policy.
8. You're now ready to begin searching.
