Supporting Academic Integrity

The liaison librarians support academic integrity in both our students and staff by providing services that develop:

  • critical thinking
  • research skills
  • information retrieval
  • an understanding of the information landscape, including ethical use and creation of information

The library has developed a variety of resources to support Academic Integrity, as listed in the Library Resources and Academic Support tabs.

The library has also created a Moodle course, Academic Integrity Module. We encourage staff to make this module available to their students. It also contains an optional mini-module on Generative AI. Other Generative AI resources that we have created include the Generative AI libguide, and referencing examples in our referencing tool ERNI.
