The Findit search box is used to discover what's in the library collection.

Search Tips
The Findit library guide has more information on how to search
Reservations are used when a book is at a different campus or on loan. The library will deliver the book to your chosen campus, this can be where you study or closer to home.
If the book is on loan, once it has been returned it will be reserved for you at your chosen campus.
Use the FindIt search tool to find a book, then press Retrieve Catalogue Item

You will then be taken to another library record. From here you can click Place Reservation.
You will be asked to log into your library account. Use your student number and library password. This is not connected to your MP password. If you have forgotten or do not know your password follow the Forgot your password steps.

Select a pickup location from the drop down menu. An email will be sent to your student email account when the book is ready for collection.

Books on the same topic will sit next to each other on the shelf. If you find a book that interests you there's a good chance there will be others nearby.
