Library services and resources for AMEP volunteer tutors

Epping Extended Hours Lab

AMEP volunteer tutors have access to the following Library services and resources:

Borrowing resources - volunteers will be enrolled as 'community borrowers' with the Library and will be able to borrow resources while registered as a volunteer tutor with Melbourne Polytechnic. Library staff will provide a Library card upon request..

Using online resources - volunteer tutors will be able to view their training videos off-site. Volunteer tutors will have access to additional online resources but only when onsite in one of Melbourne Polytechnic campus libraries.

Printing & photocopying - tutors can print and photocopy at campus libraries (a small charge applies for printing and copying). Library staff can assist with this.

Library facilities & study spaces

Greensborough            Fairfield

There is more to a library than just books, DVDs and magazines.  Why not use the library space to meet with students, or use the quiet study areas?  The library has group study areas, places to relax and talk, and areas for individual study.  Each library also has computers, printers, copiers and scanning facilities.
